Connection to the power supply (for UK
only)
WARNING! Always use a residual current supply (RCD)
protected supply. If an extension cord is used, make sure
the extension cord is specifically designed for outdoor
use and not lighter than H05VV-F or H05RN-F, 2x1.0mm²
and max 75m.
1. Make sure the on/off switch (8) is in its off position.
2. Connect the power plug to a suitable power source.
3. Now your product is ready for use.

UK)
For safety reasons the product is equipped with a short power cord (7).
Do not connect the product directly to the power supply using this power
cord. A proper extension cord is required for operation. Observe the
technical requirements for this product when purchasing an extension
cord.
WARNING! For your safety, it is required that the plug
attached to this product is always connected to an
extension cord! The extension cord must be suitable
for outdoor use with sockets protected against water
splashing! Ensure the extension cord is of the proper
size and type for your product (≥ 1.0mm2)!
The extension cord must always be used with the cable
strain relief! Do not use the product without an extension
cord connected! Always use a residual current supply
(RCD) protected supply!
1. Make sure the on/off switch (8) is in its off position.
2. Double the extension cord back about a foot from the end, lead the
loop through the hole (6) and hook the loop over the cable strain relief
(5), gently tug on the cord to ensure that it is firmly secured. (Fig. 20,
21).

3. Connect the power cord (7) to the socket of the extension cord. (Fig.
22)

4. Make sure not to press the on/off switch (8).
5. Connect the plug of the extension cord to a suitable power source.
WARNING! Check the voltage! The voltage must comply
with the information on the rating label!
6. Your product is now ready to be used.
