Saw chain and guide bar

1.  Use only a guide bar (13) and saw chain (14) according to the 

technical data of the pole saw. 

2.  Place the product on a suitable flat surface with the side cover (12) 

facing upwards.

3.  Unscrew the locking wheel (19) in direction     and then remove it 

together with the side cove (12). (Fig.5)

4.  Spread the saw chain (14) out with the cutting edges of the chain 

pointing in the direction of rotation. 

Slide the saw chain (14) into the groove around the guide bar (13). 

Ensure saw chain (14) is installed in correct direction of rotation.

WARNING! The direction of the saw chain ‘cutters’ must 

be same as indicated by the symbol and arrow on the 

guide bar!

5.  Align saw chain (14) and the guide bar (13) assembly with the drive 

sprocket (28) and the mounting bolt (26). Lay the saw chain (14) 

around the drive sprocket (28) and then lower the guide bar (13) to 

install it to the mounting bolt (26). (Fig.7)

6.  The saw chain movement is as indicated by the arrow (Fig.8). Make 

sure the saw chain (14) is properly placed over the sprocket wheel 

(15) of the guide bar (13). (Fig.8)
