to save your entries and to display the new

username format in the Current Username Display
Setting frame.

NOTE

: Changes made to username display settings in this

screen will not be effective until the next day’s reports are gener-
ated.

WARNING

: After modifying a username format, be sure to import

users and groups using the User Group Import screen. See the
User Group Import screen for information on importing user
groups.
