5. MAINTENANCE

The customer must regularly clean ashes from an ashtray on a grid /after two full-time heating/

and check whether there is excessive fouling the ash chamber/see ( Pic.8 )

One to two times per heating season /by intensity of use and according to characteristics of the

fuel/ need to check and clean the flue gas path of ash and shoot. Choose to be two deflector

plates. Deflector plate 1: skamol with the stainless holder and deflector refractory plate 2. (see

Pic.11 )

After the cleaning the flue tract and insertion of parts back to its position, check the parts are

properly stored and secured in position so that it could not be a spontaneous change in position of

these parts. ( see Pic.11 )
