Installing Universal Connector Accessories
Overview The universal connector is used to connect several types of acces-
sories.
Procedure
Follow the steps in the table below to install accessories that use a
universal connector
Step Action
1 Insert the tab on the end of accessory’s connector into the slot on radio’s
connector.
2 Tighten the connector screw to secure the microphone in place.
The connector should be flush with the housing to keep the radio water
resistant.
