The adjustable fan (anemostat) is fixed on the top of the chamber. A thermal switch off is
fixed on the chamber (next to the controller), which turns on at a temperature o
f 80ºC. The
chambers are from the isolation board, 4 cm thick, 4 wheels with brake (490L chamber)
and 4 wheels without brake (chamber for barrel / palette ). The shelves are made of
stainless steel. The construction is made of black steal coated with paint
