S600D USER AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL

MACHINE CALIBRATION

This procedure must be performed every time the build plate is replaced.

Power on the machine.

Open the door.

Remove the toolhead that is in the machine (see section 5.2.4 or 6.2.5 depending on the
toolhead)

Get the machine calibration/ bed leveling tool ready (supplied).

Mount this calibration tool in the toolholder.

Connect the toolhead quick connector inside the machine.

Connect to the machine via the Web control

interface (see “Network deployment”

)

Load the calibration tool via the Web control interface (see 3.3.4.A).

Launch a “

elta calibration” via the “Dashboard” tab

. Two calibration procedures will begin

automatically: Geometric calibration and surface calibration.

When calibration is complete, a confirmation message will appear on the screen.
