8.3 Assembling the stator
!
WARNING
If the locking clip is loose or incorrectly mounted, the stator sleeve is not secured against twisting.
This can result in:
- inadmissible heating. There is an explosion risk in explosion hazard areas!
- increased wear.
- twisting the hose line.
- Damages on the container.
For safe use of the pump, the stator sleeve must be mounted correctly:

Insert the stator sleeve over the rotor (

Fig. 17, item 1).

Position the clamp sockets in such a way that the notches of both sockets are aligned to each other
(

Fig. 17, item 2).
►
Use the supplied locking clip with the welded pin (

Fig. 17, item 3).
►
Connect the sockets using the locking clip and position the pin so that it sits in the notches of the
socket (

Fig. 17, item 4).
►
Tighten locking clip with manual force.

Electrical connections separated; motor secured against reactivation

Only return the pump to the manufacturer with an accurately completed document of compliance.
