Troubleshooting

The light cable is not
connected to the drive.

The light input is not
activated in the
software.

The drive units voltage
is too low.

The drive unit is not
compatible with the
lamp.

The sensor was
wrongly calibrated.

It‘s not dark enough.

The light does not
turn on and does
not light up

The light does not
switch to low beam

The light does not
switch to high beam

Low beam is not active. (Only in the dark, it‘s possible
to switch to high beam)

Connect the light cable.

Have the light input
activated at the
dealer.

Switch the drive
unit to 12V.

