7 OPERATION/USE

4. Net

The

“

Net

” menu contains functions that are only relevant if two or more SL1s are connected

in the same network.

Switch system

The “

Switch system

” menu lists all powered SL1s that are found in the network, the

searchlight currently controlled is highlighted and has the symbol "

>

" in front of its name.

With the tilt joystick, step up and down in the list to mark the new searchlight to control from
the operator panel. Confirm the selection with "

OK

". Wheel indicator flashes twice.

The operator panel display now changes to the selected searchlights "

Homescreen

" and if

an auto function is activated, for example "sweep", this is also displayed. (if sweep shortcut
exists).

The factory-set name is always "SL1", so for easy navigation in this menu, all the
searchlights should have logical unique names. For example, STBD and PORT.
