flour, sugar and grated potatoes; for folding in beaten egg
whites.

For adding liquid ingredients or mixing salad dressings.
Speed 3
For mixing pastry, cake and bread dough.
Speed 4
For creaming butter and sugar, whipping cold sweets and
desserts, etc.
For beating eggs and egg whites, mashing potatoes and
whipping cream.
Switching off

To switch off the hand mixer, move the control switch
