11 Starting the sunset and setting a
morning sunrise
Using both the sunset and sunrise option can help teach your
toddler that fading light means bedtime and that a bright sunrise
means it's OK to get up.

Press + until the lamp is as bright as you want.
¾
Make sure A is out and is lit.
¾
The light will slowly fade. If you chose the fade-to-nightlight
option the light will stop at 5% full brightness; if you chose fade-
to-darkness it will dim completely.

In the morning, the light will gradually brighten reaching full
brightness at the sunrise time you set.
12 Setting the sunrise time
Waking up gradually to light is a great way for children - and
adults - to start the day. Bodyclock Junior's sunrise takes 30
minutes, reaching full brightness at the sunrise time you set.

NOTE: The sunrise option is ON whenever A is out and lit up.
¾
The sunrise time is pre-set to 7:00am. To change it, A must be out
and lit up.

Press and hold P . The display shows followed by the sunrise
time. Press
+
or
–
to set the sunrise time you want. If you are
using the 12-hour clock, pay attention to the PM indicator to
make sure you set the sunrise for the correct time! The PM
indicator will light up when the time shown is between noon and
midnight.
