Getting started
Here’s how to set up your Bodyclock Iris for the first time using the remote
control.

Decide where to put your Bodyclock Iris.
The ideal place is on a bedside table near the head of your bed, near a mains
socket.
Connect the mains power adaptor to the socket at the back of the unit.
Plug in the unit and switch on at the mains.
You will then be prompted to enter the essential settings:
