Use a or v to set the duration of the sunrise:
Note: This option will be omitted if you set the sunrise intensity to OFF.
Press Select.
Use a or v to set the sunrise aromatherapy intensity:
The default setting is OFF or you can select one of three intensity settings: low
intermittent, high intermittent or continuous.
Press Select.
Use a or v to set the sunrise aromatherapy duration:
This specifies how long before the alarm time aromatherapy will start.
Press Select.
Finally, use a or v to set the volume for the alarm beep:
The default setting is OFF or you can select one of five volume settings if you
prefer to wake with an audible alarm.
Press Select.
Press to exit from the settings menus.
