Errors Messages During Power On Self Test

During

power on self test (post)

, BIOS will automatically detect the system devices.

Below are the questions that users may always meet. The user may press

“Esc”

key to skip the full memory test.

1.

Beep sound

On power on, the system make beep sound to offer different messages. If the
system is configured correctly, it prompts a short beep to show correct the
devices configuration is done correctly. When VGA card and DIMM modules
are not plugged well, the system makes longer and constant beep sounds.
