Rate adaptive parameter defaults

The following parameters, shown with default values, configure dynamic rate adaptation
for ADSL Annex-A LIMs with ADSL2+ capability. These settings are not supported on
legacy LIMs.

Important!

These parameters are only valid when the

rate-adapt-mode

parameter

is set to

dynamic

. The following example illustrates their default settings.

0dB, that must be present before the line can
initialize successfully and rate adapt during normal
operations. The valid range is 0dB through 31dB,
with a practical limitation of 15dB set by the modem
software.

The default is 6dB.
