Unpack your ceiling fan carefully. Remove all parts and hardware. Examine all parts, you should have

the following:

Mounting bracket x 1

Pre-assembled fan motor, down rod and canopy

cover x 1

Glass shade x 1

Blades x 4

Screw for mounting bracket x 2

Extra Motor screws for blade x 1

Wall controller x 1 set
