12.2.2 Se ng of full scale value, resoluon and sensivity (-/+)
In main menu, select item „Service“ and enter password 6502 with the arrow-keys and confirm
with ENTER. On the display a screen with header
is shown, where
corresponds
External Instr. X
X
to the sensor number (e.g.
for external sensor no. ).

Before entering the full scale value, you should set the decimal point posion
, because the full
DP
scale value
must be entered including decimals, but without the decimal point.
FS
Example:
To get 250.00 Nm as full scale value, you must enter:
decimal point posion
DP
000.00
full scale value
<--- your input
FS
25000
Only if the output signal of the external sensor is different from 2mV/V, you must adjust the
sensivity Sens+ and Sens-:
Sensivity for posive transducer signals
mV/V
Sens+
Sensivity for negave transducer signals
mV/V
Sens-
There are two possibilies:
• The real signal of the external sensor is known from datasheet or cerficate. You can enter
those known values directly.
• The indicaon of the measured value is different from the expected values. In this case you can
make following calculaon:
Make your inputs via the arrow-keys, confirm and jump to next field with ENTER. Finish by
selecng „Quit“.
As the indicated value behind „OUT:“ is updated all the me, it is easy to find correct values for
Sens+
Sens-
and
.
12.3 Sensor Linearisaon:
If necessary, between zero point and full scale value, you can define up to 5 linearisaon points.
You must not use all 5, but the must be in increasing order.
For a linearisaon you need a reference which is 3 to 4 mes more accurate than your
LHM
LR-
Cal
sensor.
