Type “B11” appliances are supplied upon request with chimney or chimney and anti-wind (blowback) device to be
assembled and delivered separately.
OBSERVATIONS AND ADVICE
With appliances which have two cooking areas (FT-78G, FT-712G), it is possible to diversify the temperature in the
two halfs of the hotplate, or to use only one half.
Use the appliance only under surveillance.
Attention: The cutting and sharping utensils damage the chromed plate.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Daily cleaning after switching off the appliance ensures the perfect functioning and long life of the appliance. The parts
in steel must be cleaned with a detergent-soaked cloth without rubbing; after that, rinse with clean water and dry with a
dry cloth. If the surface of the hotplate is not used for some time, it must be covered with a fine film of oil.
Do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents.

Turn off the gas tap and notify the after sales service

Turn off the gas tap, clean the installation as specified above.
