Video Streams Specification
The availabilities
1. Each stream can be switched to either H.264 or MJPEG mode.
2. Each steam can be configured to either CBR or VBR mode.
3. Stream1 (main stream) is available from all the resolutions listed.
4. The maximum resolution setting for Stream#2 is 640x480.
5. Stream#3 is fixed in 640x480 for 3G mobile phone which is not shown on user interface.
6. The maximum frame rate for transferring 1600x1200 is 15fps. Others can reach up to 30fps.

Dependency
1. Max. FPS dependency: when Stream #1 is set to 1600x1200, the maximum frame rate is 15fps.
2. Resolution dependency: The maximum resolution of Stream #2 is depending on the resolution setting
of Stream #1. When Stream1 is set to 320x240, Stream 2 is limited to 320x240.
3. Frame rate independent: Frame rate setting for each stream can be independent, for instance, Stream
#2 can be set 15fps while Stream #1 (1280x720 or below) is set to 5fps.
