Throttle lever

Accelerate:

 Press the throttle level.

Decelerate:

 Release the throttle level. The

spring of the level will return to the position

prior pressing and the engine will return to

an idle. Before starting the engine, check the

Throttle level to make sure it is operating

Smoothly. Make sure it return to idle position

As soon as the level is released.
