SPACE 2000 (T and M versions) OPERATION MANUAL
30
The pulse sent by the transducer connected to the SPACE 2000 is multiplied by
“4” in order to obtain the maximum direct resolution available and is then
multiplied by the “Resolution factor”.
The value o
f the Resolution factor runs from “0000,0000” to “9999,9999”.
The unit of measurement of the Resolution factor can be varied according to the
display format set.
Example: (X-axis
– P12 – P13 – P14 parameters)
X 0000,00
P12=4.2
0000, 0000
P13=
=P14
(The smallest decimal figure is the thousandth of a millimeter
even if not displayed)
Expresses the pulse value in
thousandths of a millimeter
Expresses the pulse value in tenths of
thousandths of a millimeter
X 00000.00
P12=5.2
(The smallest decimal figure is the hundredth of a millimeter)
P13=
0000. 0000
=P14
Expresses the pulse value in
hundredths of a millimeter
Expresses the pulse value in tenths of
hundredths of a millimeter
0001. 0000
With centesimal transductions, set:
Each pulse corresponds to 0.01 mm.
0000. 5000
With 5-thousandth transductions, set:
Each pulse corresponds to 0.005 mm.
0000. 1000
With thousandth transductions, set:
Each pulse corresponds to 0.001 mm.
X 0000.000
