Preparing the TV set
Removing the base
Pull out the mains plug.
Important:
The TV set can weigh up to 23 kg depending on its type. You will
require the help of a second person.
Spread out a blanket or the fl eece from the packaging (acts as
padding) on a table that is larger than the screen. Carefully place the
TV face down with the TV set‘s base protruding over the edge of the
table.
Important:
Pay attention to the operating eye (Figure 6, arrow A). This must not be
damaged.
Remove the cable compartment cover on the rear if it is fi tted.
Loosen and remove the two screws using the wrench (T20) provided
(Figure 5, arrows f1, f2).
Pull the foot off the TV set in the direction of the arrow (Figure 6).
You will no longer require the removed screws.
