4.2 Pinch Valve as Stationary Applicator Unit
4.2.1 Connecting to the Product Reservoir
• Screw the enclosed screw connection with the coated threads into the reservoir lid.
• Unscrew the sleeve nut from the reservoir connection.
• Slide the sleeve nut and the sealing cone in the correct position over the protection tubing.
• Slide a cone of the proper size and in the correct position over the product feedline 4 to the stop
into the protection tubing 3 . This ensures the sealing of the product reservoir.
Do not kink the product feedline when cutting
since this can damage it.
• Screw the sleeve nut into the reservoir connection.

Allow the product feedline approx. 2 minutes to return to its original length.
• Cut off the product feedline 4 in the product reservoir at an angle according to the dimensions
given.
• Cut off the product feedline 4 on the Applicator Pencil directly at the plastic cone 13 .
• Stick on the dispensing needle 14 .
