5. INSTALLATION AND STARTUP
PACKING
Depending on the destination, the spray cabin is normally attached to a pallet and wrapped in
thermoplastic film.
All shipping documents, including this manual, are also attached to the pallet.
To prevent injury and property damage, follow the instructions from LNS on unpacking or independently
lifting the type of packaging.
UNPACKING
For practical and safety reasons, the spray cabin must be unpacked in a spacious, well-lighted area.
WARNING
Heavy object. Hazard from falling components.
Make sure
that the hoist or pallet truck’s lifting capacity is adequate before
handling the machine.
Observe the hoist, pallet truck or other lifting and transport tool’s proper
operational range.
1)
Insert the forklift or pallet truck’s forks between or below the pallet’s rails.
2) Insert the forks until they exit on the other side.
3) Make sure the pallet cannot tip over if the center of gravity is off center.
4) Lift the machine and start transport.
