10 SAFETY INFORMATION
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - FOX SC2 330
PERSONNEL
DANGER
Risk of death from operation by unqualified personnel!
Possible death or injuries from improper operation.
Keep unqualified persons out of the working area.
•
Non-qualified personnel, children, and persons under the influence of alcohol or medication should not
handle the equipment.
•
The personnel must have knowledge of the safety instructions and the operating instructions.
BASIC SAFETY REGULATIONS
MAINTENANCE OBLIGATION
All given instructions regarding the maintenance of the spray cabin must be followed.
MODIFICATIONS
•
Modifications of the spray cabin related to additions and alterations are prohibited.
•
For the use and maintenance of the spray cabin, only use parts provided by or recommended by LNS.
•
It is strictly prohibited to jump wire or remove circuit breakers, master switches, and especially safety
switches.
SAFETY DEVICES
•
Check the safety devices and the safety guards before every operation.
•
Do not remove any safety covers while the spray cabin is under electrical power.
•
If certain safety shields or safety covers are removed to conduct maintenance, they must be reinstalled
as soon as the maintenance work is completed.
EMERGENCY STOP BUTTON
The spray cabin has no emergency stop button. In a dangerous situation, unplugging the mains cord
enables a safe shutdown of the
spray cabin’s operation.
