Solutions:
Check or replace sensor SQ5. Check the chain tensioning.
Bring the pusher back to park position manually.
Reset the origins position.
AL22 - SIGNAL A2 INTERRUPTED!
Description
activated if the operator stop the lathe during a loading bar.
Solutions
Verify the lathe/bar feeder connection.
Verify the wiring of the signal A2.
Check the lathe programming.
AL23 - SAFETY TIME FOR LOADING PROFILED BAR ELAPSED !
Description
This alarm is used for the bar stock move in top-cut position when using profiled material. In this case, the
profiled bar stock moves until the back of the clamping device. Then, the spindle runs slowly while the bar
feeder moves the profiled bar stock to the clamping device until the material fit to the clamping device and
reach the top-cut position.
After 20 try-outs, this alarm is generated.
Solutions
Remove the bar out of the spindle.
Start the top-cut cycle again.
If the problem persists, please contact LNS.
AL24 - SAFETY TIME FOR PART FEED OUT ELAPSED !
Description
This alarm is generated when the bar feeder has not received any clamping device closing signal within
the determined timeframe (30s.).
Solutions
Signal A1 missing.
Check the presence of the closing signal.
Check the closing of the clamping device.
Check the wiring of the signal A1.
AL25 - LATHE DID NOT RESUME ITS PRODUCTION CYCLE !
Description
Le PLC has not received the signal clamp closing I24 A1 within a minute, or the relay R2 is defective.
Solutions
Check the relay R2
Check the wiring of the interface.
Check the set-up of the lathe.
Alarm needs to be cleared. Press the STOP key on the remote control station to clear the message and
reset the alarm.
Restart the bar feeder and the lathe automatic cycle.
AL26 - CLAMPING UNIT CLOSED DURING PART FEED!
Description
The signal A1 (lathe
’s chuck signal) has been lost before the end of the positioning.
