UHP module starting
The following function is only for units with Firmware from 1.70 and successive (Main-board and LCD)
In units with N2 UHP outlet (option 6920.71.90), for the first starting the module works but do not produces
Nitrogen for a defined time.
This time allows the unit to clean the UHP pneumatic circuit to ensure the maximum purity of Nitrogen at the
UHP outlet.
During this operation the display shows the following screen indicating the remaining time for proper N2 UHP
production
To skip this cleaning step simply press the touch-screen where the countdown is indicated.
ATTENTION:
Skipping the UHP pneumatic circuit cleaning operation it is not guarantee the N2 UHP outlet purity
level
6.2 Shutting down
List of operations to be performed before powering off the generator at the power switch:
Switch the generator
OFF
by pressing
START/STOP
or from the control screen

Wait until it will be completely still and depressurise
Unplug the power cable

6.3 Returning the appliance for service and/or repairs
List of operations to be performed before packaging the appliance and sending it to service:
Switch the generator
OFF
by pressing
START/STOP
or from the control screen

Wait until it will be completely stop and depressurise
Switch OFF the unit and unplug the power cable
(2)
Disconnect the nitrogen outlet tubing
(3)
Disconnect the dry air outlet pipe and /or N2 UHP outlet pipe, if featured
Disconnect the condensate drain pipe

Place the generator in the original packing
