 Converting to Twin Beds

You need: 

4x Wooden Caps 4x Screws (38mm) an Allen Key and a Screwdriver.

NOTE: This stage of assembly will require at least two people. PLEASE DO NOT 
ATTEMPT THIS ON YOUR OWN.

A) Remove the Guards and Ladder.

B) Remove the (35mm) bolts and locking pins that connect the Top Bunk to the Lower. 

WITH 

THE AID OF ANOTHER PERSON

, lower the Top Bunk to the ground. 

C) Remove one end from each Bunk, you should not need to remove all of the Mattress Slats.

D) Attach 1 Larger (Lower Bunk) Headboard to 1 end of what was previously the Upper bunk, 
and attach 1 Smaller (Upper Bunk) Footboard to what was previously the Lower Bunk.

E) Fit 4x Wooden Caps into the holes in the top of the Headboard legs (as below).
Use the 4x Screws (38mm) and 4 x washers to secure the caps in place.

Please Note: The large end can be flipped around so that the groove detail faces inwards. 

FINALLY:

 

Please now recheck that 

all

 fittings are properly tightened.
