Fasten sides.  

Fasten the sheeting to the base.  

Install a starter shingle strip

Cut the excess past the dormer.  Be sure to 

use a hook blade so you do not cut into the 

other roof shingles.  

Install the next row of shingles.  

Once the last row is installed measure        

4 1/4” from the top down and snap a chalk 

line.  This ensures a straight line for the 

cap.
