ASSEMBLY

Intended Use

This product is intended for domestic lawn 

mowing.

ASSEMBLY 

The lawn mower is supplied dismantled. The 

complete handle, the grass catcher must all be 

assembled before the lawn mower can be used. 

In order to assemble the lawn mower without 

difficulty, follow the operating instructions step by 

step, with reference to the pictures as you do so.

 

IMPORTANT! 

Before you assemble the 

lawn mower, check the accessories and 

make sure they are complete.

1.  FITTING THE WHEELS (See Fig A1 A2 A3 

A4 A5)

The wheels for your lawn mower will not be 

installed.

Notice that there two large wheel assemblies and 

two smaller wheel assemblies.

The large wheels fit on the rear and the small 

wheels are for the front of the lawn mower.

To install the wheels:

1) To insert the wheels to the side of the motor 

desk. (See Fig A1)

2) Be careful the hole on the shaft must appear 

above the surface of the wheel at least 8mm. if 

not, please lift the shaft out from the surface of 

the wheel. (See Fig A2)

3) To put the washer(a) on the wheel’s centre 

firstly, and insert the pin(b) to hole of the shaft. 

(See Fig A3)

4) To use the tool to make the ends of pin to the 

opposite directions. (See Fig A4)

5) To put the wheel cover(c) to the wheel with 

aligning the holes on the wheel. (See Fig A5)

2. FITTING THE LOWER HANDLE (See Fig B1 

B2 B3 B4 B5 B6 B7 B8 B9)

1) Remove the packaging from the lower handle.

2) Firstly insert the Cable Retaining Hook (11) to 

the lower handle(2) before fitting the lower handle 

to the mower deck. (See Fig B1 B2)

2) Remove the fixed disk (d) and the Securing 

knob (5) from the mower deck (1) included in 

carton box firstly. (See Fig B3) Then the fixed 

disk and securing knob is ready for fitting. (See 

Fig B4 B5)

3) Insert the fixed disk (d) to the lower handle (2), 

and align the holes as shown.(See Fig B6)

4) Fit the lower handle (2) to the mower deck(1) 

as shown.(See Fig B7) and align the holes. 

5) Tighten the lower handle (2) to the mower 

deck(1) with the Securing knob (5). The screws 

must be fitted outside of the deck as shown 

(See Fig B8), after tightening the Securing knob, 

Please put the handle of the Securing knob 

towards to the lower handle for locking closely as 

shown (See Fig B9)

3. FITTING THE UPPER HANDLE (See Fig C1 

C2 C3)

1). Lift the upper handle (3), Align the holes 

between the upper handle (2) and lower handles 

(3).

2) Insert the Securing knob (5) into the holes 

and tighten them with the wing nuts (e1 e2 e3) 

provided, making sure the cable is not twisted. 

(Be careful that e1 e2 are on the left side of the 

handles. And the Securing knob (5) is on the right 

side of the handles).

3). Fasten the cable to the upper handle and the 

lower handle with the cable clips (4). (See Fig 

C3)

4. GRASS CATCHER – Assembling (see Fig 

D1 D2 D3)

1) To assemble the two halves of grass catcher’ 

bottom firstly.

2) To snap together the top to the bottom of grass 

catcher halves by pushing all the “snap fits” 

together around the edges; start from the rear 

and work towards the front.

3)Assemble the handle to the top of the catcher.

5. INSTALLING/REMOVING THE GRASS 

CATCHER (See Fig. E1 E2) 

Note: always fit the grass catcher before 

starting.

1) T o remove the grass catcher, raise the safety 

flap(f) with one hand and remove the grass 

catcher using its handle with your other hand.

2) To maintain safety, the safety flap(f) will close 

back to cover the rear discharge opening, when 

you release the flap.

3) Empty the grass debris in the glass catcher, 

and refit glass catcher as above instruction.

4) If any grass residues are caught in the 

opening, clean it using a pushing bar.

5) Do not remove grass debris in the mower 

casing or on the blade by hand or with your feet. 

Instead use suitable tools such as a brush or 

broom.

6) To ensure that the cutting grass can be blown 

into glass catcher, the discharge opening and 

inside the mower casing must be cleared of any 

blockage.

Note: The motor must always be switched 

off and the blade must have stopped rotating
