OPERATION
5.1.
Safety
Caution!
Do not have any objects or body parts in the suction flow of the waste water suction. The waste
water suction must only be used for wet suctioning drilling and cutting sludge in connection with
water.
Danger!
If the waste water suction is used in connection with a floor cutter, the suction line must be
connected to the saw blade protective hood. All works on the saw blade protective hood may only
be carried out with the saw blade at a standstill.
5.2.
Preparations for starting
Danger!
All obstacles must be cleared away from the cutting area and make sure there is sufficient
lighting.
To be able to use the waste water suction safely and properly, the following pre-requisites must
be fulfilled:
Inspecting the motor oil level
Fuel tank must be filled with sufficient fuel
Waste water connection (pos. 6) and suction line (pos. 12) must be mounted.
Check the waste water suction for damages, loose screw connections and completeness of
the attaching parts
5.3.
Assemble the fan (after motor stop)
Note
The fan may only be connected after the drive motor has reached full power.
Start drive motor (Pos. 11)
Release the indexing plunger (Pos. 2) and slowly lower and lock the coupling lever
(Pos. 3)
5.4.
Disassemble the fan (after suction)
Release the indexing plunger (Pos. 2) and slowly lift and lock the coupling lever (Pos. 3)
Switch off drive motor
