3. Mounting and first operation preparation
3.1 Mounting tools
• Fork wrench size 46 (for saw blade exchange)
3.2 Mounting and assembly
• Place saw on clean and stable ground.
• Remove the packaging material.
•
Plug the power cord of the pump in.
3.3 Fitting of the saw blade (or control of mounting)
• Advance saw head in ahead direction.
• Loosen clamping lever (Pos. 2).
• Lift up the saw head and tighten the clamping lever (Pos. 2).
• Remove the lateral guard plate (Pos. 3).
• Take off and remove flange nut (left-handed thread) and pressure disk
ATTENTION! The following must be observed when fitting the saw blade.
• All fixing surfaces must be clean.
• Arrows indicating the sense of rotation on the saw blade and on the blade guard
must match.
• Use diamond saw blades provided by the manufacturer only.
• Mount pressure disk and flange nut (fork wrench SW 46).
• Mount lateral guard plates (Pos. 3).
3.4 Preparing for cutting operation
• Fill water into the tub till the pump is completely covered with water.
• Open the water tap.
• Plug the mains supply cable (400V, 32A) into the socket (Pos. 11).
• The conditional connections (Point 11.) must be observed concerning the electromagnetic
compatibility.
• Check and control safety devices (see 2.2)
