Can I
pick up an incoming call to another phone
?
A
If your phone is one of a number of extensions, such as in a business, the
phones can be configured into groups so that you can pick up an incoming call
to any other phone in the same group as yours. This saves time and effort
running across the room to take a call when someone is absent. When you
hear the other phone ringing, pick up your handset and dial *52# to answer the
call.
Note:
the phone you want to answer must be in the same pick-up group
as your phone for this to work. You will need to advise us of group
membership for us to set up and enable this feature.
