3. Inspect:

 

 

Mechanical sea , slip ring side 

 

 

Inspect the slip ring side of the mechanical seal 
and the impeller 

 for level installation.

 

Incorrect level 

  Reinstall.

 

 
 
 
 
 

4. Install:

 

 

Impeller shaft

 

Circ lip 

 

NEW

 

 

Installation steps:

 

Apply a small amount of grease to the impeller 

shaft tip.

 

Install the impeller shaft while turning it. Use 

care so that the oil seal is not damaged or the 
spring does not slip off its position.

 

NOTE:

 

 

After installing the impeller shaft, check it for 
smooth rotation.
