bEFORE THE FIRST USE
boil a full water kettle twice and pour away the water before actually using the water
kettle for the first time.
USING THE WATER kETTLE
1. remove the water kettle from its base and open the lid by pressing the top button.
2. Fill the water kettle with the desired amount of water. Make sure that the water
level is always higher than the minimum indication (0,5l) and lower than the
maximum indication (1l).
• if you have not added enough water, the water kettle will switch off
before the water boils.
• if you have added too much water, the boiling water could escape
through the spout.
That is why you should never exceed the
maximum indication when filling the kettle. Also, always make sure
that the lid is properly closed before plugging in the watter kettle.
3. Place the water kettle on its base.
4. Plug in the appliance.
5. Press the on/off switch at the bottom of the handle. the indicator will light up and
the water kettle will start the boiling process.
6. the water kettle will automatically switch off when the water boils. You can
always stop the boiling process yourself at any moment by pushing the on/off
switch upward.

Make sure that the on/off switch is clear of obstructions and that the
lid is firmly closed. The water kettle will not switch off automatically
if the switch is hindered or if the lid is still open.
