Adjustment of Braking Torque of the Sleeve
- to prevent the unrolling of the electrode wire the sleeve is equipped with the
braking system
- adjustment of the brake is controlled by two springs which are placed inside
of the sleeve frame
- screwing the springs to the left you can increase of the breaking torque, scre-
w ing them to the right you can decrease it.

Type and Selection of the Drive Rolls
- the wire feeder is equipped with the V type rolls set for 1.0/1.2 mm wire by
the producer
- make sure that the mounted rolls diameter corresponding to the used wire dia-
meter
- the mark of active groove is made on a side of the roll, which is invisible after
mounting
- you should use V-type rolls for steel and acide resistant steel wires
- you should use U-type rolls for aluminium wires.

Drive Rolls Replacement
- for rolls replacement you should unscrew the fastening nut
- remove the roll from the cog wheel
- put the replacment rolls keeping in mind that the key of the cog wheel must go
into the roll groove
- replace the fastening nut.
