Pull up the emergency stop key to the
travel position.
Insert the key and turn it to the travel
position.
Charge the batteries.
Check whether the safety switch
against collisions was depressed as a
result of a collision and also the brake
switch.
Replace the fuse (under the battery
cover: 30 A rating for fuse close to the
side; 5 A rating for fuse close to centre).
Charger does not
charge
Blown fuse or interrupted
charging cable (indicated by
yellow blinking LED).
Battery voltage under 21.6 V
(indicated by both the green
and yellow LEDs blinking).
Charger overheated (indi-
cated by the green and yel-
lows LEDs blinking
alternately).
Replace the fuse (5 A) or the charging
cable.
Inspect the fuse and measure the bat-
tery voltage. Replace the fuse or the
battery/batteries.
Allow the charger to cool down and try
charging later. If the problem remains,
replace the charger.
