Assemble & Install Rear Wall Supports

Attach a Long Vertical
Extension Channel
(AE) to a Wall Support
Channel (AA). Repeat for
another Wall Support

Install Wall Supports to Rear Wall. Position the shorter Supports with Channels (AJ) at the far left
and far right Wall Panels (
See Assembly Tip #9 above
). The long Supports with Extensions (AE)
are placed in the middle positions. Do not completely tighten the screws until after the Rear Gable is
installed.

Attach a Short Vertical Extension
Channel (AJ) to a Wall Support
Channel (AA). Make Sure the
Extension Channel is installed in the
correct direction. Repeat for another
Wall Support.

Install Rear Wall Supports
Each Wall Panel has three columns of holes. Th e Wall
Supports are to be attached to the second column of
holes on each wall panel of the back wall.

Install Gable Truss Brace (BD) between last truss and the Rear Gable. Connect the
Brace to the Gable with two #10 x 1/2” screws (CN)

Install Rear Gable
Install Rear Gable. Screw the Gable to the wall and to all four
Vertical Extension Channels (AJ & AE).

Tighten the Screws on the Wall Supports
after the Gable is installed.
WARNING
Do not overtighten the Cap Nut. If the end of
the Bolt breaks through the plastic cap, call our
Customer Service Department at the number
on Page One. Exposed threads on the end of
the Bolt may cause serious injuries.

screws (CN). Insert them
directly into the plastic.
