STEP 3:
1.
Attach left arm tube (08) and right arm tube (09) to low upright tube (02) and up upright tube (03)
using hex bolt M10*70 (15), hex bolt M10*20 (17), washer φ10 (20) and nylon lock nut M10 (22).
2.
Attach up connect tube (06) to left arm tube (08) and right arm tube (09) using hex bolt M10*70
(15), washer φ10 (20) and nylon lock nut M10 (22).
