4. Set Time – Set the amount of time that you would like to work out and press
next.
5. Set Weight and Age – Set your weight for a more accurate calorie calculation.
Also, set your age for heart rate calculations and press next.
6. Select your target low heart rate by pressing the

buttons. Press
to
change to the High Heart Rate and use the
▲
/
▼
buttons to adjust. When the
desired adjustments are complete, press enter.
7. Press Start to begin workout.
WARNING:
Heart rate monitoring may be inaccurate. Over exercising
may result in serious injury or death. If you feel faint stop exercising
immediately.
