7. Problems and solutions
1. The device stops working after 20 minutes of operation
The overheating protection has been activated. Restart the device after 5 minutes.
2. The device turns off during use
The massage heads are pressed too hard on the skin, so the device temporarily stops
working. Restart the device by pressing the power button for 3 seconds.
8. Maintenance and cleaning

Wipe the surface of the devcice with a slightly damp cloth and dry the device with a
clean and dry cloth.

Store the massage gun in a dry and clean place.
•
Do not store the device in extremely high or low temperatures.
Think of the environment and contribute to a cleaner living environment! At the end of its
life, do not throw away the massage gun with normal household waste, but hand it in at a
government designated collection point to be recycled.

We provide a 1 year warranty on our products. The customer must be able to show proof
of the purchase and the warranty must be valid within a period of 1 year from the date
of purchase.

that the warranty does not apply to: Damage caused by improper use or
repair; for parts subject to wear; for defects of which the customer was aware at the time
of purchase; for defects caused by the customer's own fault, for damage caused by third
parties.
