You can use the Waver Enhance in auto or manual mode. To get the best results,
alternate between the preset programs in auto mode and custom workouts
created in manual mode to keep your body guessing. Your body tends to adapt
to a workout routine over time, so you want to change up your workouts to keep
improving your fitness.
AUTO MODE
In program mode, you can select from three preset programs: P1–P3. P1 is ten
minutes long, P2 is twelve minutes long, and P3 is fifteen minutes long. Each
preset program changes vibration speed at different intervals throughout the
program to challenge your body uniquely. You may the heat function on or off at
any time during the preset program. Heat is off by default.
CHOOSING A PROGRAM IN PROGRAM MODE
1. Press the
Power button
on the remote control to turn on the display panel.
2. Press one of the three program buttons, P1, P2, or P3, to choose your desired
preset program.
3. While standing in position on the Waver Enhance, press the
Start/Stop
button
to activate the selected program.
4. Press the
Heat button
to turn on the heat function, if desired.
5. Press the
Start/Stop button
on the remote control at any time to stop the
workout. Otherwise, the machine will stop automatically at the end of the
preset program’s set working time.
6. At the end of the preset program, press the
Power button
to turn off the
display panel.
7. Flip the
Power switch
to the OFF position and unplug the Waver Enhance.
NOTE:
Time duration and vibration speed cannot be adjusted for preset programs.
MANUAL MODE
In manual mode, you can create a custom workout with a duration of 1–25
minutes, in one-minute increments. The default workout time is 10 minutes.
You may adjust the vibration speed, at any time, from level 1–100. The default
speed is level 1. You may turn the heat function on or off at any time during your
workout. Heat is off by default.
CREATING A CUSTOM WORKOUT IN MANUAL MODE
1. Press the
Power button
on the remote control to turn on the display panel.
Manual mode is automatically selected.
2. While standing in position on the Waver Enhance, press the
Start/Stop
button
to begin the manual mode workout. By default, the time duration is 10
minutes, the speed level is 1, and heat is off. You may adjust these settings at
any time during the manual mode workout.
3. Use the
Time + / - buttons
to adjust the time duration.
4. Use the
Speed ^/ buttons
to adjust the vibration speed.
5. Press the
Heat button
to turn on the heat function, if desired.
6. Press the
Start/Stop button
at any time to stop the workout. Otherwise, the
machine will stop automatically at the end of the set time duration.
7. At the end of the workout, press the
Power button
to turn off the display
panel.
8. Flip the
Power switch
to the OFF position and unplug the Waver Enhance.
VIBRATION SPEED INTENSITY
In manual mode, vibration speeds correspond to the following intensities:
USING HEAT ONLY
You may use the heat function without turning the vibration.
1. Press the
Power button
to turn on the display panel.
2. Press the
Heat button
to turn on the heat function.
3. Press the
Heat button
a second time to turn off the heat function.
4. When done, press the
Power button
to turn off the display panel.
5. Flip the
Power switch
to the OFF position and unplug the Waver Enhance.
