• During cooking you can turn the dial to
adjust the cooking time.
CAUTION
• Always use gloves when removing food and
accessories after cooking as the oven and
accessories will be very hot.
• The low rack can be used in convection, and
convection combination cooking. Place the low
rack on the glass tray.
• Do not use the steamer in grill, grill combination,
convection, and convection combination
cooking.
NOTE
• The convection oven has a temperature range of
40 - 200
℃
.
• The oven has a ferment function at the oven
temperature of 40
℃
. You may wait until the
oven is cool because you cannot use a ferment
function if the oven temperature is over 40
℃
.
