Operating the Oven

Convection Bake Mode

The Convection Bake function uses a heating 

element to raise the temperature of the air inside 

the oven. The convection cooking temperature 

ranges from 250 

 to 450 

. It is best to preheat 

the oven when convection cooking.

NOTE

• Reduce oven temperature by 25 

 from the 

temperature recommended on packaged foods. 

The baking time may vary according to the food 

condition or individual preference.
