4. SPEED DIAL FEATURES
You may be accustomed to using star codes to manage certain phone features. The
following star codes are available.

*00 Redial Last Call
*01 to *20 Personal speed dials configured in your Dashboard
*21 to *49 Company-wide speed dials configured by your Office Admin
*53XXXX# Directed Call Pickup
*54# Company-wide Call Pickup
*67 Blocks your Caller ID for a specific call
(dial *67 then 9 + the off-net number)
*62 Call Forward Busy - Forward all calls to a different
number when desk phone is busy. Enter *62 (number)
#, where (number) is the internal 4-digit or external 10-
digit number to which all calls are forwarded.
*63 Deactivates Call Forward Busy.
*69 Last Call Return
*82 Un-blocks your Caller ID for a specific call (dial
*82 then 9 + the off-net number)
*72 Call Forwarding all calls. Enter *72 <number> #,
where <number> is the internal 4-digit or external 10-
digit number to which all calls are forwarded.
*73 Turns off the call forwarding feature.
*80 Authorization Code feature, to unlock a restricted phone to make
an external call. Dial *80 followed by your extension, the
authorization pin, and the number you want to call, separated by *.
For example, if your extension is 2340, the authorization pin is
2340, and you want to call the external number 355-4567, you
would dial *80*2340*2340*3554567.
*90 Lets you transfer a call directly to a user's voice mail box.
*92 Call Forward No Answer. Forward all calls to another
number when desk phone is not answered. Enter *92
(number) #, where (number) is the internal 4-digit or
external 10-digit number to which all calls are forwarded.
*93 Deactivates Call Forward No Answer.
*96 Press *96 and dial the extension number of the
colleague you want to talk to, then press the # key.
*98 Call Park
*99 Call Pickup. Dial *99 and enter the 4-digit parked ext.
