Queuing for an Outside Line

1. If no external lines are available when you attempt 

to make an outside line you will receive busy tone 
and your display will appear as in 

Fig.19

2. Press the pre-assigned                          flexible key 

3. When a line becomes available your handset will 

recall and your display will appear as in 

Fig.20

4. At this point, lift the receiver to get an outside line
