COMPONENT ACCESS

f) Pull out the Lower latch from the bar.

Unhook 

Actuating 

Rod

5. To remove the upper door switch:

a)  If not already done, raise the cooktop 

(see page 3-4 for the procedure). 

b)  Remove the Side panels. 

(see page 3-22 for the procedure).

c)  Remove the lower door switch from the range. 

To do this, squeeze tabs and use a ratchet 

extension or a small socket, and tap it out of 

the hole with a hammer.

d) Disconnect the wires from the terminals.
