Is the ‘No Signal’ message displayed?

There is no connection between LCLG001, and the input source. Check
the connection status of the LVDS cable.

Access the Input menu to check the input source.
Does the ‘Invalid Mode’ message appear?

The ‘Unknown Product’ message appears when the product is connected.
