IV. Installation
1.
Necessary Tools
Level ruler, tape measure, power tool with 10 mm sleeve head and large cross screwdriver, large slotted
screwdriver, 3mm hexagon tool and special magnetic tool.
2. Installation procedures
1. Scribe a line on the wall with laminated wood board mounted;
2. Install a suspender structure, and install the connection piece;
3. Measure the flatness after all the suspender structures are installed completely, and adjust the
unflat points through the Z-axis adjustment structure;
4. Cable arrangement: connect the cables before installing the display unit. Please refer to Section 2
'Splicing Mode and Wiring Diagram’ of Chapter 3 “Control System”. Arrange the signal cables
and power cables as per the project drawings.
5. Install the display unit from the middle to both ends for each line. Connect the associated power
cords, video cables and control cables. Adjust the part with seam via the adjustment mechanism
of Layer C and adjust the Z-axis unflat part via a magnetic tool.
6. After the full screen is completely installed, perform the system debugging.
